Foundations is designed for people of all fitness levels. You’ll learn the lifts we use in everyday group class, the way we structure our workouts, and get to know your foundations coach. Each foundations class is one hour long.

Group Course

Learn the basics of lifting in a two week intensive designed to make our daily class offerings accessible for people of all fitness levels! Six one-hour group classes in two weeks followed by two weeks of unlimited membership for new members. Unlimited membership includes open gym and daily strength & conditioning classes.

Personal Foundations
