Group classes are offered Monday through Friday at 6 am, 7 am, noon, 4 pm, 5 pm and 6 pm! We also just added a Saturday bootcamp class with Sean at 9:30 am.
Our programming pulls from traditional weightlifting, powerlifting, conditioning, and gymnastics. In class, we’ll practice movements such as Pushups, Burpees, Bench Press, Power Cleans, Ring Rows, Pull Ups, Deadlifts, Wall Balls, etc.
We always offer modifications to meet your specific fitness needs and strive to provide a personalized experience. Join a friendly group of people who will be there by your side in class!
